Floral Crowns for Garden of The Gods Club Wedding

It all started with this picture. Donna asked that I create floral crowns and bouquets similar to this picture in the colors of ivory and cobalt blue.
imageDonna decided that blue dendrobidum orchids and delphinium blossoms would be a good choice for for the blue flowers and the remaining flowers are ivory wax flowers, ivory ranunculus, seeded eucalyptus, ivory spray roses, sprigs of moss, and spring twig blossoms. All were attached to a crown made of green willow twigs.

The biggest surprise was that they were much more labor intensive than I had anticipated. But when I saw the end results I was thrilled with what I had created. Of course I can’t take much of the credit, it always helps to have a beautiful bride with a vision and a great photographer.

Thank you la candella weddings for sharing all these great pictures. They are breathtakingly beautiful.
